루시는 2019년 JTBC '슈퍼밴드' 준우승팀으로, 신예찬(바이올린), 최상엽(보컬,기타), 조원상(프로듀싱, 베이스), 신광일(보컬, 드럼)로 구성된 4인조 밴드다. 슈퍼밴드 당시 앰비언스 사운드를 활용한 유니크한 음악 색깔과 청량한 매력으로 큰 사랑을 받았다. 2020년 5월 ‘개화’를 시작으로, ‘조깅’, ‘선잠’, ‘히어로’까지 한 편의 사계절 서사를 완성해 특색 있는 음악색을 선보였다. 2021년 6월에는 네 번째 싱글 앨범 ‘GATCHA!’ 발매와 함께 첫 단독 콘서트를 개최, 7월 온·오프라인 콘서트까지 모두 매진시키며 음악성과 화제성을 모두 갖춘 차세대 K-밴드로 자리매김하고 있다.
LUCY is a four-member band consisting of Shin Ye-chan (Violin), Choi Sang-yeop (Vocal, Guitar), Cho Won-sang (Producing, Bass) and Shin Gwang-il (Vocal, Drum), the runner-up of JTBC ‘SUPER BAND’ in 2019. When it was appearing on ‘SUPER BAND’, it was loved for its unique music color and refreshing charm using Ambience Sound. Starting with ‘Flowering’, in May 2020, it completed a four-season narrative, including ‘Jogging’, ‘Snooze’ and ‘Hero’, showing distinctive musical colors. It held its first solo concert with the release of its fourth single album ‘Gatcha!’ in June 2021 and has established itself as a next-generation K-band with both musicality and popularity by selling out all seats before the online and offline concerts in July.
